Worn during the 2012 game vs Miami (FL) played at Chicago, IL. Only the left side was blue; the right side was gold with a texture similar to that of the November 12, 2011 helmet. The gold pattern spilled over onto the left hemisphere of the helmet by perhaps 1.5" or thereabouts.
